Introduction
At Coachista ( & Pratishtha Bhalla), we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all our engagements. Refund terms for specific services will be explicitly outlined in the Proposal shared with you prior to confirmation of services. We encourage all users to carefully review these terms to fully understand the refund eligibility specific to their chosen service.
General Refund Guidelines
Pre-Recorded Courses
You may request a refund for pre-recorded self-paced courses within 7 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the content has been consumed or downloaded. Refunds will not be issued after this period.
1:1 Coaching Sessions & Hypnotherapy:
All individual sessions, once booked and confirmed, are non-refundable. We value your time and ours, and encourage timely communication (at least 24 hours in advance) in case of rescheduling needs, which will be handled in line with our Rescheduling Policy.
Live Group Programs or Live Online Courses:
Due to the limited seat availability and pre-planned group interaction model, all live session-based courses are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.
Proposal-Based Services
For customized service packages or corporate engagements, refund terms (if applicable) will be clearly defined in the Proposal shared during the onboarding process. Refunds will typically only be considered for unattended or unutilized services, and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
